SOAR often encounters dogs that need our help! Often owners are willing to relinquish their dogs to give them a better life and get them off their chain!! All of these dogs either need a rescue or a permanent home!

Hello my name is Beaucephis and I am a girl despite the way my name sounds! I am a black lab shepherd mix and about 10 to 11 months old. My daddy knows that he is not giving me the life that I deserve at the end of a chain. He contacted SOAR to see if we could place her. As most chained dogs do before our spirit is broken, we bark a lot. But I am sooo friendly!! When the good folks from SOAR came to visit me I was soo EXCITED! I could hardly control my excitement. When SOAR came to see me I had no food and no water. They gave me some nice warm straw, food, water, and a huge knuckle bone! YUM! I am NOT spayed and I am not up to date on my shots. Hello Im Bandit. SOAR visited me a few weeks ago when my Mommy decided that she wanted to find a new home for me. Life is just not fair out there on a chain. When SOAR stopped by, I had no food, water, or straw and it was so cold outside. I am a shepherd mix and I am about 2 years old. I am very wary  of strangers as I have not had a lot of socialization in my life. I need help and would like to start a clean slate OFF my chain.
