Model Ordinance for Frankfort, KY
SOAR is asking the Frankfort Council to pass the following ordinance, which bans unaccompanied chaining and provides minimum enclosure requirements for dogs who live outside. SOAR would like this ordinance to be enforced by an administrative hearing board, so that fines could be directed to fund Animal Care & Control and petcare education programs.
